Paralegal
We are seeking a skilled paralegal for our Torts and Insurance Litigation Department.
Ideal candidates should have:
- A minimum of three years of paralegal experience in a legal office environment;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and calendars for two attorneys;
- Experience using document management and client management software applications;
- Strong computer proficiency and intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel);
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a demonstrated understanding of correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Poised and professional demeanor with the ability to effectively interact with attorneys, clients, and co-workers within a team environment;
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines;
- A willingness to learn and be flexible with assignments;
- Knowledge of insurance litigation and state and federal filings is preferred.
